We steep habanero chillies in our tequila slowly to give a deep smoky flavour and lots of heat!

In Yorkshire, subtlety is not something we are renowned for and this is no exception, not for the faint hearted - have a shot of this and you will know about it! It's not a one trick pony though, the distinctive habanero comes through and finishes with a slight sweetness.

Great to get the party started and a fantastic base for all manor of cocktails.
