The refreshing one!
Yorkshire is famous for lots of things, one of them being the Rhubarb Triangle, the produce of which can be found in fine dining restaurants across the country, but we don't let it all leave, we make some into crumbles and the rest we soak in tequila!
It takes 10KG of only the best rhubarb from a single trusted independent local producer to make every batch and it doesn't get much fresher, this rhubarb is bobbing around in tequila within 24 hours of being cut.
It's a versatile one this, it works a treat in everything from a T 'n' T to a negroni, or why not try a rhubarb sour? My mouth is literally watering...
